DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they put lives in danger. See below for crash story. Driver arrived 45mins late for pick up, no face mask. His driving was terrible and very dangerous, even for dubai standards. He was swerving on motorway, at one stage had an open window road rage with another driver. Not sure if he was drunk or tired or just a very poor driver. He then CRASHED THE CAR into central reservation on motorway and suffered a burst tyre at around 80mph. He tried to claim the tyre blew but both my father (who is a driving instructor) and I witnessed him drift into the concrete wall, bursting the tyre. He insisted we stay in the car whilst he did the tyre; clearly this is the exact opposite of what you should do in the situation and we insisted on getting out and climbing over the reservation for safety. Good job we did this as on two occasions other cars were very close to crashing into our stranded car. Once the tyre was fixed I had no confidence in either the driver or the state of other hidden (steering) damage to the car and insisted we went back to hotel. He called his boss who wanted to speak to me to refuse a refund as ‘these things happen’. The driver then stopped on hard shoulder and said we had to get out for a taxi back. I insisted he got us off the motorway for a taxi, which he did. At no point did the driver or the boss ask if we were ok or injured. Thankfully we were fine apart minor bumps and being very shook up. The driver had a blatant disregard for our safety (starting with no mask all the way through the crash and after care!). I am deeply thankful no one was seriously hurt - this was a lucky escape - and I hope others are not injured by this unsafe driver in future.
