Sky Views is Dubai’s latest and most innovative destination for leisure experiences and unique thrilling adventures.
Located near the heart of Downtown Dubai across from Burj Khalifa, Sky Views is a futuristically designed podium connecting the apex of The Address Sky View twin 50-story elliptical dual towers rising from a curvilinear podium. Combining luxury, leisure, and adventure, it is truly one of the city’s most attractive destinations.

• A current valid passport copy is required on the day of travel
• You will receive an instant confirmation email after booking, but it cannot be used to redeem at The Sky view Counter ( Tower 1)
• You will receive another separate confirmation voucher email after booking is made.ONLY that voucher MUST be presented at the Ticketing Counter of and the TRIPADVISOR booking receipt / voucher is not admissible
• Near public transportation
• Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available: if this happens you will be allocated a new time slot “… a new time slot closest to your initially requested time subject to availability”
• Please note: Weather conditions cannot be guaranteed; there is no refund for hazy weather, when visibility would be low

• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
• Terms to do the Edgewalk as below : -
• Ages 12-65 (parental consent required in person for those under 18 years of age).
• Weight: 30 – 120 kg. Height: 135 – 200 cm
• Modest, comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes – no skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops or loose footwear.
• Wearing the Edge Walk overall is a must to ensure the safety of all guests.
• Not under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).
• Free from serious physical or mental disorders that would not allow you to complete the physical and mental tasks required during the experience.
• Free from medical conditions that require immediate medical attention.
• 01 way private transfer from Dubai hotels to Address Sky view is included only if 01 way transfer option is selected.
• The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai - Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha / Marina / Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area.
• The time you are selecting will be your Sky View visit. Hotel pick up will be 01 hour prior to selected visit time.
• If transfer option is selected , please mention your hotel details in the "Special Requirements" column
• Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.
• Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby disclaimed.
• Edge Walk Experience can be cancelled/rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions without any prior notice.
