The driver Malik, who mentioned that he was owner is not honest. He charged us for sand boarding but we did not do it. The kids was very disappointed. His excuse was that it was late to do it, yet we paid for it. The safari experience with this company was chaos and stressful. We had a terrible experience. As a result the kids do not want to visit again Dubai desert. The driver asked me to lend him AED 100 because he did not have a change to give to other family we shared the car. I had to send him many messages and call him many times to ask him to pay me back. I spoke to my hotel about the situation and the hotel contacted him. He kept coming up with different stories. Finally he paid! I could have let the money go, after all it was not a very big amount but I decided to insist for him to pay, as I sensed that probably he do that often to tourists. Another point, VIP Desert Safari Dubai pick up time at hotel was 14:30 but they did not come on time. I called them and they did not pick up the phone. I sent messages through WhatsApp and I could see that they are online but they did not reply. I informed my hotel which contacted them. Finally, the driver who mentioned that he was owner told the hotel that he will come. He arrived at the hotel after 16:00. His excuse was that it was too hot. There is many companies that do desert safari, I suggest that you use other companies. It is not worth it, to use this company. Other than this Dubai is great, enjoy!
