This is an amazing thing to do while in the Florence area. My wife, sister, and I took this trip and will never regret it! The thing YOU will regret is if you don't take this balloon ride. The Pilot has all the accreditation one would feel safe with, and he has been doing this for many years. He takes it very seriously and gives you a time of your life. He owns the balloon and a lot of his family is on the ground crew. Unlike the cheaper versions on Groupon we had a over 50 minutes in the air. This hands down is a must do!
