Anastasia was an excellent tour guide and the Duomo climb was amazing. Narrow and steep steps but well worth the climb. Views of the city were beautiful.

Our guide, Martina, was very knowledgeable of Michelangelo and Florence. We had this tour booked in the afternoon after a Uffizi tour in the morning, and had lost steam, but even still, this had a lot of walking and waiting around. The Accademia visit was brief—basically just to see David and one or two other things. Then trekked over to the Basilica, and it was hard to stay together as a group because of narrow streets and crowded sidewalks—we often got split up. Then at the Basilica, we didn’t really see much inside, and it was a long wait to climb the dome.

Leonardo was a great guide! He has so much information about the building of the cathedral, and he did a great job sharing it! The tour of the museum was good, with the highlight being The David, of course. Leonardo offered to take our pictures in front of The David, which I really appreciated. The best part of the whole tour was the climb up to the dome of the Duomo. The views were absolutely breathtaking!
