In a word, ‘fantastic’. Roberto and his crew provided us with an unforgettable highlight of our trip to Florence. Excellent organisation, communication, Roberto’s mastery of his craft and unbelievable views. The fact we hit 10,000 feet (!) was icing on the cake.

This was an amazing experience. Seeing Florence from the air blew my mind. Watching the balloon being filled and the dismantled after the flight was also vey interesting. All in all a must for anyone.

Roberto is an incredibly skilled pilot and speaks very good English. The scenery is just stunning. Cannot fault any part of the experience ... so glad we did it!

So apparently the best place to take pictures of Florence is the Piazza Michaelangelo.....I disagree, the best place is to take photos of a Florence is from a balloon that goes over the city! This was truly an amazing experience; the photos you will be able to take are unparalleled and photos aside, it was just an awesome, awesome experience. Robert the pilot, was brilliant and pointed out things that us novices would miss; he even explained the theory of balloon flight which was excellent. In sum, if you are going to take a balloon flight, do this one, you will not regret, this unique perspective of Florence!
