Wish I would have looked at these reviews before purchasing. First, sure it’s a 24-hour valid tix, but the bus only runs from 10a-5p so it’s basically an 8 hr tix. Second, twice I got on a bus asking if it was the green route - both times I was told yes and was subsequently taken on the red route. Hard to figure it out early because the routes overlap in several places. The second time I did figure it out but there weren’t any stops for like 3 miles and most of the route was over. Lastly, it’s boring with not many very interesting sites. It’s mostly just talking about the new buildings. I finally just gave up and downloaded a walking tour onto my phone. I would not recommend.

Worst HOHO experience I've had. The website provided little information so I was unaware we had booked a certain time slot for what is advertised as a 24- hour, hop on hop off experience. Ver misleading. While on the bus the information provided was limited and skimmed topics, for example 'to your right is a park, given the name which means peace, built after the massacre in 1989' - what massacre, why did it happen? The staff seemed abrupt and unwilling/unable to answer questions regarding the tickets. The boat journey was also awful, really struggled to find information that they could expand on, mentioned the same things as on the bus (again just mentioned a topic and then silence). I would not reccomend at all.

This was not a hop on hop off tour I was expecting . It was a 1 hour bus tour through the city of Frankfurt driving by major buildings through the business district and older city districts worth seeing.

Great way to see any city to understand where everything is located but on this occasion the sound system/ear pieces were very substandard which made it very difficult to understand the commentary

The hop on hop off bus is a favorite means of orientation in a new city - I sought out the Frankfurt one. What a disappointment- overpriced. The route was very congested and given that the top cover was closed - still chilly in Frankfurt one could not see the many high rise buildings. This was exacerbated because the audio controlled by the driver was out of sync with the route . So often you were past the site or before the site by far - not recommended - spoilt my vies of the brand
