Jurabeck was on time. He said we needed a bus/tram pass to access the spots. We did not have one and it’s unfortunate we were not informed of that ahead of time. Since the UN was far to walk, he gave us a tour of only old town. It was ok but not as informative as we had hoped. It also ended after 1 hr 45 min. We asked how to get back to the lake and was told take the tram. He then pointed to the road. He walked too fast and wasn’t as knowledgeable as other private tour guides. We were disappointed for the cost of a private tour.

The tour felt rushed. I also thought that there would be more at the UN building. We took a tram to the location but our guide basically showed us the entrance and left us. It turned out that we needed tickets well in advance to actually tour the UN. The tour notice should have stated that tickets are needed before we get there.

Jurabek was an EXCELLENT guide, very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with our many questions. He speaks multiple languages, and spoke and understood English very well. The ability to have a “private” one on one tour with a local and your small group is such a worth while experience! He even helped take some pics of us along the way. Would 100% recommend this experience!!

Without him we couldn’t have gone to so many key places and hear the history behind them. He was very informative.
