In Chamonix, you will gaze at the neighbouring mountains and glaciers lifting up to Mont Blanc while taking the highest cable car in Europe – Aiguille du Midi. Unravel a crystalline view over Mont Blanc cradled by the French, Swiss & Italian Alps.
After descending back, you will be greeted again by the driver-guide to proceed to Montreux, which is firmly squeezed between Lake Geneva, vineyards of Lavaux and the Alps. You will wander through the streets of Montreux full of fancy shops and landmarks of the famous jazz festival, witness the 3-meter memorial of the famous British singer Freddie is settled in front of the lake. The main landmark of Montreux is the medieval Castle Chillon.

My family & I (6 of us) had an excellent time with our driver-guide, Rui Leitao during our 10 hours plus trip. The sceneries are so so beautiful, coupled with an excellent service by Rui; he is very helpful & friendly The Auguille Du Midi trip was a thing to savor...what a great memory. We used this company twice in two days - they are an excellent transfer company, however not really a tour operator. Their drivers are excellent; no fault of theirs - our trip failed only because we were unaware of how important it was to purchase tickets to go up the mountain in advance. Had we known how long it took to get from our Hotel to Chamonix, we could have planned our day accordingly and had so much better of a day instead of waiting for 2 hours to go up and another 3 hours to come down, not knowing that timed tickets are sold in advance. Trying to locate the proper website on the drive to Chamonix, as well as navigate the website took the entire hour drive. The private tour was relatively expensive, why not include the price of the tickets and handle it, or simply include a link to make it a simple process to complete the purchase with an explanation of how long it will take to get there? Had we bought earlier tickets up, we would have been able to get down earlier as well and berm able to enjoy the town, and then go on to Montreaux and spend a little time there as well as opposed to just driving by. It ended up being a very long day of waiting for really no reason other than the tour operator not providing simple good information.
