Unfortunately this snorkel tour goes to all the same spots as other tours which makes it crowded and less enjoyable. I spent more time watching out for other snorkellers than watching fish and turtles. You also don't stay near the boat, instead they drop you off and then you swim back to the boat. But they don't explain that, or how long the swim will be, or if there are safety concerns (eg we got caught in strong currents at one location). Seeing the turtles was amazing, but it felt very rushed. Suggest getting a private boat instead.

Zero respect for the marine environment; there is no instruction to guests to refrain from harassing turtles, standing on the coral, touching marine life, etc…the only thing that matters is getting the photo for the guest which may make the guest happy but is destroying the environment this business relies on. Allowing guests to smoke cigarettes on the boat, which they ash into the water, in addition to being disrespectful to non-smokers confined in a small area, was vile. My snorkel was past it’s prime and the valve constantly leaked, leaving me with a mouth full of water. No weight belts available. There is a strong current and there were several guests that could hardly swim, nonetheless fight the current, there should be a tow rope for these people. They need to limit how many boats can be in any one spot at a time, way too many people out in the water to be safe, never mind enjoyable.

The booking online was easy enough and we got told we would get a Whatsapp at least one day prior with the departure details, we did not and had to chase. We asked the operator what the balance in IDR was so we knew how much to bring with us, in the morning when we arrived and went to pay the balance they asked us for more than we were told but backed down when we showed them the operator email. The boat was quite small and didn't feel too cramped which I liked, the glass bottom was rather entertaining as it was hardly anything to rave about. The 3 stops were good, fairly busy with the other tour boats but we all saw plenty. Annoyingly after the last snorkel we all thought it was finished we were taken to another island and told this was the lunch stop, which was odd as lunch wasn't included and we didn't want to be told this is where we should eat. There was nothing else see or do so we had to wait for those who did eat before we could head back to gili t.

1 sfar only for the beatiful Nature! The boat had more than 35 people instead of the promissed 14. the statues corals and so on was rushed a lot! We had like only 30 min total in water! The trip ended in a restaurant. It was about 2 hrs in a restaurant of their chosing with mediokre food. Then it went strait to gili T. Overpriced, overcrowded, rushed… dont be eager to pln this in advance… I would suggest to search in Gili R for locals, we could bargain the other trip for 100k per person which was amazing!

We chose to use a litteratur more money and do the private tour. Definitely worth the extra money. A team existing of after and two sons took care of us. Fantastic people. They have a standard route, but when they saw the traffic around the island suggested to mix it up so that we would be at the snorkelling places by ourselves instead of with 3/4 other group boats. Skill full divers that know the erea. Like they said “take your time we do sell an experience and not hours” They certainly did. What a great day!!! Thank you so much.
