    Excellent experience from start to finish. Pick up on time, good breakfast. The balloon ride was amazing made better by our pilot and co pilot Abdullah Gulshan who kept us informed all the way. The ground crew were very polite and efficient. Went out of their way to celebrate my husband’s birthday and provided a birthday cake. I would highly recommend this trip.

    4am pick up at the hotel. A light breakfast at the Turquaz balloons office then taken by a new minibus to the balloon launch site. Good clear safety briefing by the balloon pilot Abdullah. An hours flight over the area providing panoramic Birds Eye views of the rock formations. On landing champagne, strawberries and cake with an unexpected birthday cake for me. ‘Medals’ and personalised certificates to commemorate the flight. A brilliant experience enabling us to see the area far better than being on the ground. Back in the hotel by 7am.

    Our expectations were very high, yet, the experience exceeded them. I traveled with my girlfriend in early June. We booked a couple of months in advance. Everything was smooth. The reservation was easy, and the staff wrote to us the day before to confirm the pickup place (we were staying at the elika suites, which is quite far, yet we had no issue being picked up). The experience was very professional and satisfying at all times: the driver that picked us up was on time in the hotel, the breakfast before departing was excellent, and the staff was always respectful. The balloon captain (not sure that is how you call them) seemed to have a lot of experience. He was very nice, and made sure to answer all the questions from the guests. We felt we had the best captain in Cappadocia. The little details were particularly charming: good breakfast with fresh fruit and good coffee, the captain’s sense of humor, the champagne at the landing…. The ground crew were particularly kind. We felt like everyone did their job professionally, and always with a smile. The cherry on the top was when I left my phone in the van after they brought us back to the hotel. I asked them where I could pick it up, and they drove back to the hotel (a 20-minute drive), and brought it back to me, no extra charge. I strongly recommend this company, and if I have the pleasure to go back to Cappadocia, will for sure repeat the experience with them. Tip: make sure you bring a jacket even if it’s not cold in the morning. It does get chilly up there.

    Wow Absolutely amazing! Watched the sun rise today ,and best time . Highly recommended.Staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this company.
