We were picked up at the Kayseri airport with our names on a board but ushered to what was clearly not a private transfer but rather a small bus with other tourists. By the time we realized this, it was already too late and the driver did not speak English very well. I did contact the company after the fact when it was time to arrange our return from Goreme to Kayseri and did provide a similar small bus and driver as a private arrangement. It was still not as comfortable as a private car, I must say. And as the driver was dropping us off, there was some confusion as to whether or not we were paying him for the trip. Eventually, he did understand that we prepaid on La Vacanza Travel but it created a very awkward situation. My impression is that this operator subcontracts drivers. Would not recommend.
