We were on honeymoon, planning to go to Israel when the war broke out . In 12 hours our agency turned our trip around and got balloons , transportation , a private tour, a fantastic Turkish bath , a cooking class and an ATV tour . It was the most fantastic two days . By the way, the airline delayed a flight , so we missed the connection and we’re flown later to a different airport . These people had tabs on us and were waiting at the right airport, on time , with a clean car and a polite driver . INCREDIBLY GOOD!!

The cooking class, expertly guided by the warm and knowledgeable Tugba, was one of the best I’ve taken abroad. The whole experience last around 4-5 hours with the first stop being the organic farm with stunning views to pick all your ingredients. You then walk down into the magnificent Kings Valley to a beautiful open air area to cook. The food was amazing, and we enjoyed a leisurely outdoor lunch, eating everything we had picked by hand and cooked. Tuğba is so knowledgeable, she was only too happy to answer all the questions we had about cappadocia’s history and architecture. Can’t recommend enough!!

We loved our cooking class with Tugba and the King’s Vast crew. Tugba was so personable! The food we made was authentic Turkish food and so delicious! She is extremely knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about the area as well. This was a highlight of our trip!

Sometimes you have a travel experience that is just so great, it is hard to describe in a few quick sentences. This day was so special to both my partner and me. First, the farm it’s on is incredible— the animals are adorable and friendly. We lucked out and we’re there on a day the ladies were making bread and it was like seeing a glimpse into a more traditional Turkey. Second, the food was amazing. You will learn to cook things that are delicious and local, but simple enough you could remake them at home. Last but never least, our host, Seçil was special. We think she is the funniest, warmest person we met on our trip to Turkey. Her English (and sense of humor) are fantastic and made the day truly unforgettable.

Gülsen made us feel like family. She was our guide for the green tour a few days prior so we were very happy to see her again for this warm, relaxing afternoon spent on an idyllic organic farm nestled in the Kings Valley. While we laughed and learned how to make local dishes we witnessed their flock of sheep trot past us up the hill. We even collected our own eggs. Gülsen translated seamlessly when necessary but it was also humorous to take simple instructions from the cooks in Turkish and body language.
