You can bring your children too. Besides horses, we have dogs, cats, pigeons, rabbits, chickens, and ducks at the ranch.

What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

Are you ready for a horseback riding tour through the valleys of Cappadocia?

All experience levels are welcome.

Our tours include riding and safety instructions making it safe for all experience levels. All tours are accompanied by professional riders. Helmets will be provided.

We will pick you up from your hotel to our ranch, which is located in the heart of Cappadocia. After some safety instructions, you will choose your friend as we consider that all animals are our friends.

We will start the tour from the ranch and then go up through the Rose Valley. After 50 minutes of the ride, we will give a 20 mins break on top of the valley. There is an Early Christian cave monastery to visit there. We will ride back through the Red Valley to the ranch.

    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

    We will contact you on the day of the tour to learn your pick-up address. Pick-up time is about 25-30 mins before the start. Of course, we will drop you back after the tour :)

    Pick-up is free for Göreme, Avanos and Çavuşin.

    Our ranch is inside a protected area and limited to vehicles. It is difficult (and not suggested) to get to our ranch by your own vehicle.

    Had an amazing time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to enjoy the most beautiful sunset and the staff took amazing pic of us. Highly recommend

    The views were very nice on this trip. Unfortunately the rest of the outfit running these horses made the trip less than ideal. The guides taking out the horses spoke virtually no English. They had children and teenagers shepherding the horses along the trail. One girl was thrown from her horse when the guides tried to bunch some of the horses together, which just spooked them and caused her horse to buck. The horses are smaller in stature but seemed underweight by any standard. When a horse would stop to eat along the trail, the child guiding behind me would throw small stones at it to keep it moving. I took a hit from one of these stones to the back of my neck at one point. No injury but I was surprised that it happened. The guides did not make it feel like a safe and controlled trip. Many of the riders had never ridden a horse before and the semi chaotic nature of the ride did not put them at ease. When we returned to camp, one of the staff was disrespectful to the girl who had fallen and made her quite upset by telling her not to cry about it. If the guides could inspire some more confidence and safety among the horses and riders, it would be a much better trip.

    Guides were very helpful from the start to the end of the ride. Driver was on time to pickup from the hotel and return back after the tour which went smoothly. It was worth the money. Spectacular view of the Rose Valley and unforgettable sunset. We enjoyed the stop over at the refreshing stand where fresh juice was available. It was an awesome first time experience. A big thanks to the team of guides who managed the entire ride with well trained horses so efficiently.

    It was an interesting experience, considering the fact that it was my first horse riding. Guide was very attentive and cared about safety through the whole trip.
