We waited almost half an hour to the guide. He didn’t appear. Another guide from another company told us that the meeting was changed. We lost the opportunity of this tour
Well worth the tour of both stunning neighbourhoods. Booked online with the company the night before and set off at 6pm for a 2.5hour tour of these incredible neighbourhoods. Would have never found half the places on my own and the guide (Marta) was very knowledgeable, had excellent English and very positive. She answered lots of our questions along the way and made it fun for everybody. Well with joining one of these tours to see places and viewpoints that you would have missed otherwise!

We showed up at the meeting place on time ( we even verified meeting spot ahead of time via WhatsApp in advance), but the tour operator was not at the location at all! I called the tour operator number La Vacanza Travel gave to me, the operator said they made a mistake, and suggested me to get a refund. So we ended up not able to visit the tour covered areas. Wasted our opportunity and time. Very frustrating.
The tour guide at the meeting place on the ticket said he didn’t have our name on his list, so we couldn’t take the tour.
