Katia was great! Food and wine were really good. Tried different types of olive oils with unlimited bread. Easy walk from place to place. Totally recommend it.
We had such a lovely time with Molly during a recent visit to Granada, Spain. She took us around so we were able to learn the downtown area a bit better on our first full day visiting. We also had a nice variety of places to visit and taste and it was such a fun group of people also attending that evening, so we enjoyed the social aspect. As my husband is a chef, he was able to ask lots of questions related to food and history in that area and she was very knowledgeable! We would highly recommend the experience.
Well that was really excellent in every way - Great guide - Marcel gave us a really informative and entertaining run through the history of Granada. If you ever need an expert on food production around the world and how Spain fits in then he's your man. Removed some of the mystique of tapas and how/what and where - Great food and drink - 6 dishes at 3 different locations with the appropriate drink to go with it. Could still, just about, walk, in a 'straightish' line, by the end of the evening. Slept very well - Great company - 10 of us with 4 USA, 4 UK, 2 Canadian. We all chatted away on the walks between venues as well as over the food and drink - Great value - not the cheapest tour out there but the fact that all food and drink is included makes it real value for money. And it lasted over 3.5 hours. - Great follow up - Marcel sent a list of restaurants, tapas bars and other places of interest.
Marcel was a great guide and very knowledgeable about food, wine and the best places to go. Marcel was also very passionate about history and told us some interesting facts. We went 3 or 4 restaurants and tried out lots of food, that we had never had before, which was all tasty! There was only about 10 people on the tour which was good as we got to know each other a bit.
