    What an amazing and pleasant experience. The whole staff was friendly. They organized the picks and communications very well and efficient. Our flight instructors Abdulla and Mohammed were funny, entertaining, knowledgable. I’m so glad I got to do this.

    We took their balloon flight and it was worth every penny! The breakfast was very tasty and they explained the whole process. Our balloon took off at the right time to see the best sunrise views with the other balloons mid air and it was around 70 min until we landed. We were only 16 people in the basket so it was not crowded and you could easily move around. The pilot (Emre) was very accessible and friendly and the landing was super smooth. After we were in the ground, they offered champagne and cake and surprised us: they saw in my girlfriend’s passport that it was her birthday and offered a new cake and we sang happy birthday with all other participants (even though we never mentioned it or asked for it while booking with them). The personal touch and attention given to us really made a difference in the experience.

    Amazing experience, the best of my whole trip! Super friendly team at Turquaz Balloons, they provide a Champaign toast after landing, certificates, medals and offer to take your pictures on basket before take off. Absolutely recommend.

    Fantastic service from start to finish. Very good flight, the pilots Elma amd Muhammet were both very good and very experienced and made the flight perfect. Would definitely reccomend 👌
