Our guide Max is a very good guide. He shared with us many things, told us about the culture, the local stories, foods to try, places to go. A guide with good sense of humor. Ninh Binh is a nice place, people were friendly, beautiful nature, lunch was ok. It would be a perfect day if it’s not too hot like this. But anyway, we had a blue sky

It's very hot today, about 38 degree Celcius. But our guide Max still very enthusiastic, fun, smile all the time. And he is a patient guide, wait for everyone to take photos, we walked slowly because it was hot, but he still there, under the sun and wait for whole group. And Ninh Binh is very beautiful, blue clear sky, nature, river, mountain, everything is perfect. Thank you Max. We had a good trip

The trip was fine, a good chance to see countryside near Hanoi. I am rating it 3-stars based on the bad customer for pickup and dropoff. I was in a hotel near the old quarter and asked for a list of hotels where the bus could pick up, so I could walk to the closest one. No option, the operators said, except the office or the Opera. So I walked 35 minutes. And on the bus were several groups from old quarter hotels. The sense was the operators did not want to be bothered.

Ninh Binh was amazing, the activities were very enjoyable and our tour guide Lee was very informative, funny and helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Vietnam.

Worth the money you're paying for! Bus was very comfy and clean. You could even charge. Communication is good, makes sure that everyone is on board and okay especially during the trips. What I think was amazing is that they even dropped me off near my air bnb even if I was outside the old quarter! Mr. Lee even showed me the way toward it. Mr. Lee was very nice, social, helpful and caring!! He was very good at explaining the history and makes you really interested in the history. I love his jokes as well! Made the trip so much more amazing. The best wrap up for the trip was the quiz. I love the lunch as well. It was all you can eat and only the drinks were not paid. Very good dishes with a good variety. Ensures that you could eat no matter what your diet preferences are. I wish Mua cave trip was longer though. 1 hour is definitely not enough to see 3 attractions in 1 location. Also it would have been nice to be given an option to have more water at least 1.5 or 2 liter. But the overall trip was very good!
