On the one hand, you have La Vacanza Travel, which is only a platform regrouping other local agencies, on the other hand you have the tour guide who is doing the actual job on the ground. Both of these were decent and I enjoyed it. Then you have the local agency "in the middle" which you need to deal with to arrange the pick up and all other logistics. This was horrible in my case. Very impolite even rude dealing with extremely poor customer service skills. The website will offer you multiple places to pick up, in reality only some of them are offered. My request was cancelled without any explanation, then there was a chaotic mess at 5.45am in front of the hotel picking us up (different bus operator took us), the local agency said we had to deal with the mistake ourselves and they were going to the point of saying we were just simply wrong, etc. Deplorable. Hence the 3star raking (5 for the contents of the tour, 0 for the people sitting in the office). Also take into account you will be in a big group so be ready to keep waiting if some participants decide to be late (the guide and the whole group will simply wait for them). Don't be surprised by the lunch - you will be driven to one restaurant as a buffet with 3-4 options as main course for approx. 30 USD (to be paid extra). This or hungry.

Capernuim was the best part of the trip as it was based on Jesus and not Mary. Maybe less time in Nazareth and more on Jesus.

Terrible journey with Elli/Elias 'the tour Guide'! Not only it was extremely hard to understand his English and took us to most overpriced resturant when next door was half the price. We then headed to Jordan river for the best moment my mum's life being excited as she waited all her life to be Baptised here. Once we arrived we then were told to be quick and time stricked to our surprise! We had to rush rush and put in a position of distressed. The journey took us all the way from Jursalem to Telaviv then to Seas of Galalee which was further than Jursalem. We travelled accross the whole world to be here and wasn't a pleasant experience.

The tour was beyond my expectations. The guide Ruben was so knowledgeable and funny! This was my 3rd tour this trip booking through this company and had a great experience with all of them. I highly recommend Ruben and this company if your wanting knowledgeable guides for your Israel tours.
