What Can You Expect?

**Important Note***

With effect from 15th November 2021, Hong Kong International Airport will be segregated into two zones.

Green Zone – Gate 5-24. Designated for Mainland China Flights.

Orange Zone – Gate 25-71. Designated for International Flights.

The revised operating hours of Plaza Premium Lounges:

Plaza Premium Lounge (Near Gate 1, Departures) 0800-1600 daily Green Zone

Plaza Premium Lounge (Near Gate 60, Departures) 0800-2330 daily Orange Zone

Plaza Premium Lounge (Near Gate 35, Departures) 2300-0800 daily Orange Zone

However, Plaza premium First is Temporarily closed until further notice .

Please also note the below measurement will be in place
• Social distancing within our lounges
• Removal of buffet bars, and switch to digital food ordering of hot food (breakfast/soups/pastas/noodles, etc) and served to customers, individually wrapped fruits/sandwiches, packed salad/cereals/cheese etc
• Canned beverages, coffee/tea in disposal cups

  • The Plaza Premium Lounge has locations in the restricted area of the departures level of the airport. Very comfortable lounge, a very pleasant way to spend a few hours waiting for a connecting flight and to have a refreshing shower before the second long flight.

I would like to commend on Your Manager Josephine for being so helpful and understanding when i went to the lounge last 18th of September. I was having a trouble to access the lounge using my membership number that time. Hence, she found a way for me to enter the lounge smoothly. I had a relaxing stay before i left hongkong going to Taiwan. She and her entire team from the check in counter to the lounge service was fab! Everyone was very helpful and warm. How i wish all lounges take care of thier passengers with a heart. This isnthe first time i experience this treaemt in Hong kong. Its worth the visit!

I had a highly disappointing experience at Plaza Premium Lounge in Hong Kong. The staff members were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The front desk personnel were too busy chatting amongst themselves to provide any sort of attentive service. When I approached them with questions, they actually laughed at me, which was completely unacceptable. On a positive note, the food at the lounge (gate 60) was quite lovely. However, this did not make up for the overall poor experience. I would strongly advise against using Gate 1 and instead recommend Gate 60, as the staff there were much more courteous and helpful. In conclusion, I would never recommend anyone to use the Plaza Premium Lounge at Gate 1 in Hong Kong. The staff's rudeness and lack of professionalism greatly overshadowed any positive aspects of the lounge.

Very disappointed in this lounge. Myself and my wife chose this lounge specifically because it was listed as having shower facilities after a long day in Hong Kong before an evening flight. Once we checked into the lounge with our credit cards rewards’ programs we were told that showers are only available if booked ahead of time at a cost of HKD220 per person. The lounge was generally very hot and stuffy (bad ventilation) and dirty (papers and serviettes lying around everywhere). The food selection was very limited and not great. Drinks selection very limited with many options out of stock. Would not return to this lounge again. I have use the Chase Saphire lounge in HK twice this year and it was a much better option (although no showers).

Air France business use this lounge … poor selection of wine, no champagne only a cheap Prosecco. Food was cold, the servers were attentive and reheated the food but should be better. Floor could also do with a vacuum.
