We had 3 days private tour guided by Caner, he is friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to us the history in general and in details again once we stopped by a specific place. He plans the route well to avoid the crowd so we get to see the most of the places. He also takes us to try the local foods and shop the creditable stores to get traditional quartz tiles, handmade lamps and honey made Turkish Delights. It's our first time visit Istanbul and thanks for Caner we had a great time.

Caner was a great guide. Arrived on time and gave a great orientation. Patient and understanding, he allowed me to take as many pictures as I wanted at each location. Great walker, which was good for me because I wanted to see as many things as possible in one day. Took me to the right place for lunch, and to merchants tailored to my interests. And that was on top of thorough tours of Topkapi palace, Blue Mosque. Hagia Sophia, Hippodrome, Basilica cistern, Suleimanniya mosque, Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar! In the end he gave me useful instructions to get to Asian Istanbul, which I did on my own at the end of the tour. A private tour goes a long way in learning about a new city. Strongly recommended.

Our guide Ugur was very helpful in crafting a flexible experience as we wanted to take it a bit easy on the pace of the tour and really soak in different subjects rather than sticking to a cookie cutter cover-it-all-at-any-cost schedule.

He understood our needs and took the time to give us some authentic Turkish experiences at local hot spots. He was knowledgeable obviously on the historical subject matter but also on the modern day geo- political issues and how Turkey as a nation plays a critical part in it. We thoroughly enjoyed an engaging conversation with Ugur.

Wish him the very best for his tours ahead!

Mustafa was a terrific guide. He is knowledgeable, communicates well and is very adaptable. We had been to Istanbul before so wanted to renew some highlights but spend more time in non-touristy areas. Mustafa took us to several that we loved. We drank tea on the waterfront and lunched in the spice market area. It was like touring with a friend.
