Start your experience with a pickup from your centrally located Istanbul hotel. Settle on your comfortable coach and listen to intriguing tales about Istanbul on your way to the Spice Bazaar.

Here, roam around the stalls piled with colorful spices, fruits and nuts, and soak up the aromas. Discover more about the bazaar from your guide and perhaps sample some of the treats on offer. Then, walk to nearby Rüstem Pasha Mosque, to marvel at this diminutive building, whose walls are laden in exquisite blue Iznik tiles.

Next, board your sightseeing boat and sail the Golden Horn, the inlet dividing European Istanbul in two, to see landmarks such as the Aynalıkavak Palace and Galata Tower. Take photos as your boat then cruises along the Bosphorus Strait past some of Istanbul’s greatest sights. Marvel at the Bosphorus Bridge, Dolmabahçe Palace and Rumeli Fortress, and admire the elaborate mansions and mosques on the Asian shores.

Around midday, leave your boat on the Asian side and savor an included 3-course lunch at a Bosphorus-side restaurant, accompanied by drinks (own expense). See the itinerary for a sample menu.

Continue by coach to Camlica Hill, Istanbul’s highest point, for spectacular views over the city. Next, cross the Bosphorus Bridge for a guided visit around the Dolmabahçe Palace, the former home of the Ottoman sultans. Ogle its sumptuous chambers and Crystal Staircase and Medhal Hall — all ostentatious displays of the sultans' imperial wealth.

Afterward, return to your coach and finish your tour with a hotel drop-off.

Glad we took this tour. Our guide Mr Furkan picked us up on time. He was really good and knowledgeable in giving us the history of the places that we visited and then some. Since it's just the two of us for this group it's more like a private tour. We enjoyed our day immensely.

Guide was pleasant. This tour takes you all over the city on both Europe and Asian sides. Saw a lot of Istanbul in one day. Cruise was relaxing. Highly recommend this. Dolmabahche is worth visiting.

My guide met me at the hotel for pick up and it turned out to be just me and him for the day! I enjoyed the personal attention and interesting information about the city.

The variety and pace of the day long tour was perfect, but the highlight was the knowledge and attention of our two guides, Atahan and Ozhan. Their range and understanding of history and culture is amazing. Their outlines and explanations kept our attention and they were both willing and able to answer our questions.

Our guide met us at our hotel. He was very attentive, had good knowledge and could answer all our questions. Spoke good English as well. He had a relaxed way about him and didn't seem rushed, which meant that we could relax and enjoy. The cruise offers beautiful views of the attractions and buildings from the river. The guide even told us what side of the boat would be the best to get the best views. The Spice Bazaar is minute in comparison to the Grand Bazaar and unlike the Grand Bazaar, worth the visit. Prices are fair, goods are fresh and shop owners are friendly and inviting. Camlica Hill offers breathtaking views and is a good spot to take photos. Dolmabahche Palace are very luxurious inside, with beautiful furniture and art. Words fail me to explain the beauty of the chandeliers in the palace. The crystal staircase is something to behold. Lunch was delicious and served at a restaurant with a view of the Maiden Tower. This is so worth it. Thank you to our guide for this great experience. I think his name was Enus (hope i spelled it correct)
