The excursion was scheduled for 13.30 p.m. Initially they informed us that they would come from the hotel at 12.30 a.m. for pick up. The same morning, they informed us that the departure time would be earlier at about 11.30 p.m. Finally, they arrived at 12.30 p.m. They took us to a cafe where we were waiting I don’t know what. Then they took us to a fur shop where they had arranged for us a leather clothes show, and suggested to buy items with 50% discount off. Then they took us to the ship where we again waited for departure. On board the tour guide did not give any sightseeing information, instead he slept the whole trip. It was justified that the police did not allow to give us further information. On the cable car visit, he again left us alone in another cafe. And on the way back the driver made a detour to take the guide to his home. Our return journey took one hour and 40 minutes. The tour was supposed to end at 5:00 p.m. It ended at 7:00 p.m. I would be obliged to send me the full refund our payment as compensation for the inconvenience.

Well organised, great views, lots of sights included, tour guide was really helpful and driver dropped us off at the end of the tour at our next planned stop rather than the hotel. Excellent service
