No pude realizar la Excursión. Habiendo pagado por la Página de Trypadvisor, específicamente para esta excursión en Castellano, y solicitando ser recogido en el Hotel (ya que se hacen fácil los traslados en Turquía y es porque los letreros no son comprensibles, y pocas personas hablan realmente inglés). El Touroperador (todo por email, en inglés) me dice que NO ME RECOGEN EN MI HOTEL, que tengo que trasladarme a otro Hotel (Hotel Marmara Taksim, donde debo estar según el requerimiento, entre 08:45-09:00 am) que se encuentra a casi 3 Km (35 minutos caminando). Decidí escribirles diciéndoles que me reembolsarán mi dinero porque no eran las condiciones estipuladas en el contrato, pero igualmente tomé un taxi (gasto extra) y a la hora requerida me trasladé al punto de encuentro, para hacerles una reclamación formal. Para mi sorpresa, nadie se presentó, estuvimos esperando hasta las 9:25 am, para no perder el día, decidimos tomar el Bus de Hop On-Hop Off que se encontraba frente al mencionado Hotel Marmara. En el autobús me pude conectar al Wi-fi, para mi sorpresa tenía un email (escrito esa misma mañana a la 8:25 am) donde habían decidido irme a recoger al Hotel (¿?). Inicialmente se negaban a reembolsarme el dinero diciéndome que me ofrecían la excursión par a el día 31 de enero (ya no estaríamos en Estambul), por lo que llamé y escribí a la agencia de Trypadvisor customer.care@La Vacanza Travel.com -vía Skype desde el Wifi del autobús- quienes muy rápidamente se comunicaron con el Touroperador, convenciendoles de reembolsar el pago del servicio que no habían prestado.
