We enjoyed our trip around Turkey with Tour Altinkum! The tour guides were all very good, especially Riza who toured us around Ephesus and Pamukkale. The transportation always arrived on time, the cars/vans provided were the premium kind, and the drivers were courteous. The hotels they chose were all centrally located and had very good rooms (except for one where the AC and hot shower were not working). One hotel even upgraded us to the best suite. We also appreciated that there were always less than 10 people in the tour group, which meant that we got to move around quicker and got our food faster because we didn’t have to wait around for a lot of people. The tour guides were also very flexible in terms of the schedule. Highly recommend this tour operator! Great service and great value for money. Thanks for a wonderful trip. My family, especially my 4-year old son had an amazing time.

The variety is unique. Difficult to distinguish. Capadocia propably the oldest with the biggest variety of ancient towns and history and undergroud cities. It will always be the most facinated experience as compared to modern life. The hot air ballons is an unforgetable seen and a must if you can.

We had a fabulous time on this tour we booked through La Vacanza Travel. Tour Altinkum were amazingly responsive, helpful and professional. They replied promptly to all our requests and queries. When Pegasus Air cancelled our flight the tour company immediately booked alternative flights on Turkish Airlines. Nothing was too much trouble. We were met at each place with a transfer in a limousine-like vehicle. All but one of the guides were exceptionally good. Very happy with the hotels and tours. Highly recommended.

Sedef and her team did an amazing job organizing our 8 day tour. From the time of booking to our very last flight, there was great communication via WhatsApp and everything ran smoothly. Reza, Emre, and Hatti are absolutely wonderful tour guides…great English, full of passion, and very accommodating. The tours do involve a lot of walking but even in July heat, it was not too rigorous. The tour guides made sure to find shady spots for us and lots of water breaks. Meals provided during lunch were delicious. The shuttles vans that took us around were very comfortable and had outlets and ac. We choose to pay extra for the hot air balloon ride on Capadocia and it was fantastic. Sedef made arrangements and a local company picked us up from our hotel room at 4 am. The driver had nice goody bags filled with fruit, snacks, and water. After the hot ballon ride, the pilots and their crew all served non alcoholic champagne in honor of the soft landing. Totally great touch. We got back to our cave hotel by 7 am, which gave us time to take a quick nap and breakfast before our next tour. This was honesty a great tour of the high lights of Turkey. Small group, we loved our guides, and made friends with fellow tourists. Thank you again Tour Altinkum and special shout out to Sedef for going above and beyond.

Highly recommended this tour agent. Did the Istanbul-Pammukale-Ephesus-Cappadocia tour and it was great! Tour booking process was easy/simple. Very clear itinerary. Pick up time was on point. Comfortable shuttles with AC. Communication with the agent was amazing!- available via WhatsApp throughout and they'd update you daily with the next day's itinerary. Tour guides were amazing! Very knowledgeable. They would also give advice on where to take the best photos + where to get the best deals for goods/gifts. Toured various local businesses daily (not part of the itinerary but a free complimentary tour when time allowed) and they all sold very nice, affordable items! Did the trip solo but made friends along the way- with other tourists doing the same tour on that day. Hotels were good with good breakfast options (although if you are lactose intolerance or celiac, options might be limited). Lunch was mainly buffet style- good range of options. Desserts were amazing! Really enjoyed my trip!
