This trip was well organized and informative. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Long day, but worth it.

Our visit to the ancient ruins was a once in a lifetime experience. It was most memorable because of our guide Yavuz. He is very professional, patient, and full of unique knowledge about the archeological sites. He educated me and my wife on the history of Turkey. I strongly recommend our guide.

We booked our first private tour that was able to pick us up from the Hotel. All other tours we found on departed from the cruise ships. A big plus. We were greated on time by Seda Cengiz and her driver. Entered a semi limousine and set off to Efesis. Our guide was kind. Informative. Patient and overall the day was a smash. I could not think of a single thing that could have added to make it more memorable. The city, Efesis, feels like a city and u are transported back in time. Bring a hat and a extra large one if u go in August as I think it will be sweltering then. The pace was delightfully and a personal tour connects you more that a group tour. Our guide pointed out all the little nuances and made all the difference. We will remember this trip for a long long time and we will remember Seda forever in our hearts as we wished her wishes to come true in the holy church of Mary.

Ephesus was awe inspiring and my guide Melih was very knowledgeable and filled me in on some fabulous history. My lunch at the Cooperative for carpets was delicious and all locally grown produce. It was fascinating to learn about how the exquisite carpets are made and supports the local women continuing to learn this beautiful craft. We also visited an incredible pottery business, before returning to the airport and Istanbul.

From hotel pick-up to drop-off this tour could not have been any better! Alex, our guide, was the best we could have asked for. He rode in the back of the van with us and explained every detail of the sites we would visit, then took us through and provided unique history and commentary (also answering every question along the way). Would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering a trip to Istanbul.
