This tour has the potential to be really amazing. The places, the sites, the hotels and there were some truly awesome tour guides. However, after being left at the Istanbul airport after our last flight in, and after being sent an email to wait at a specific gate and no driver to pick us up, we had to arrange and pay for our own transportation. It actually ruined our whole experience as we attempted to call the tour company and send several emails and we Turkey is a country that relies heavily on tourism so when a tour company doesn’t honor their contractual obligation and doesn’t deliver what it is supposed to to its paying customers, it dishonors the whole industry. This is company appears to have been very good to a lot of other travelers and I’m happy that people had a really great experience with them, I just wish we had been treated like that as well.
