We made a booking for Ugur to take some photos on our honeymoon. We agreed the price and location in advance, the communication was good and he turned up on time with his assistant. I thought it was a very impressive setup. We were really impressed with the locations, service and the amount of photos taken. We had fun and it was our own personal photo shoot. The photos were provided after the shoot and we were happy with the quality. I did have one small issue where all of the photos were delivered as agreed, however when I selected the 20 (or agreed amount) of photos for editing I never received any response. Despite contacting both Ugur and his assistant Shifat that I had not received them I received no feedback, despite the assistant saying they would check. It appears to be a misunderstanding as I have been provided with the photos now, they only contacted me after I wrote a negative review which I have now corrected.
