To make a booking, simply note your flight details and either your Istanbul accommodation or cruise ship details on booking. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24-48 hours prior to your arrival to Istanbul, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place

What Can You Expect?

Upon arrival at the New Istanbul airport, your driver will be waiting for you, holding a signboard with your name on it. You will then be escorted to your private vehicle and transferred directly to your accommodation. You do not need to worry if your flight is delayed, as we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick up time accordingly if required. International arrivals: Pass through customs, exit through the doors into the arrivals hall. I booked transfer from Klook.com and I paid it already. They send a confirmation by the time I flew from my country to Istanbul which I can't even respond. Then suddenly when I come to the exit door, they were saying my reservation got cancelled and they said I am late. While my booking showing that pick up time at 2pm even tho my arrival is at 5am in the morning. Another person says that my reservation is for 4th of Oct. So I have to pay the transfer on 3rd meanwhile the transfer on the 4th can be use for my friend who is coming the next day. Turns out the voucher on Klook says that drop of at 2.43 which this is untrue. This is irresponsible and definitely a SCAM.

Our La Vacanza Travel rep was NOT where he said he would be, we called repeatedly. Once we located him, he kept wanting us to 'wait' for five more minutes. However, he would not give us a reason. Our driver had been there already - and the rep was unsure where he was taking us. I am not sure if he was new - but it was a mess. Our assigned driver was perfectly fine.

Reservamos el traslado del aeropuerto de Estambul a nuestro hotel en el centro con booking.com que lo subcontrató a esta empresa. Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto un representante de la empresa estaba esperándonos a nosotros y a un montón de gente más, pero lo único que hizo fue indicarnos donde debíamos esperar por nuestro taxi. Nos tuvieron esperando casi una hora hasta que llegó el taxi contándonos varias excusas (que si había mucho tráfico, que si había tenido un accidente, que si en 5 minutos llegaba...). El hecho es que ofertan mayor número de traslados de los que pueden abarcar y de los coches que tienen, y te tienen esperando hasta que aparece el coche correspondiente, que seguramente estuviera realizando otro servicio mientras tanto. Nada recomendables.
