We loved the cultural dance show at Hodjapasha. The dancers were well coordinated and seemed quite professional. The costumes, music and lights made for a very entertaining show. We were quite close to the dancers which was fun, but to take videos I recommend a 3rd or 4th row. We were given a program that listed the various performances and where they originated, but there was no indication during the show of which one was being performed.

My wife and I really enjoyed this dance at Hodjapasha Cultural Center. We easily walked their for area dining prior to the show and it was well worth it. We knew we were going to see Whirling Dervishes in Cappadocia so we picked the Rhythm dance show. We actually enjoyed this show better! Very well done. The drummer, belly dancer and the whirling devish were the highlights of the show! Excellent!!

This show is amazing!! So good my mum and I went to see it twice in the week we were in Istanbul! I was slightly worried it would be a bit 'gimmicky' and maybe tacky, but it was nothing like that. The whole show is very professional and so insightful into the different cultural traditions in Turkey. The venue was once a hamam in the 15th century and has been transformed into a small performance space, whilst respecting the original architectural features of the building. The dancers were incredible- toned, talented and flawless in their movements- and the music and 360 degree projections onto the old brick rounded walls created a dramatic and magical atmosphere. Definitely book to see the Rhythm of the Dance Show, it makes for a great evening out in Istanbul!
