We were lucky enough to get Emre as our guide and had the most fantastic time! We experienced amazing Turkish food off the beaten path, sprinkled with insightful bits of history along the way, and most importantly Emre’s warm, relaxed and friendly personality. The tour is so well put together, the time just flies and we didn’t want it to end! Could not recommend this tour enough. We don’t usually like organised tours, but we were keen to experience the best food Istanbul has to offer. Emre was also very helpful in recommending great places to eat during our stay, which did not disappoint!!

Wow! Gülce was our fabulous guide for a food tour in Istanbul. She skilfully guided us through busy and quiet areas trying a wonderful mix of local and authentic food. Gũlce was very knowledgeable not only about food but she also included fascinating stories about the areas we were moving through. Highly recommend Gülce as a guide!!

Emre took me and my husband on a private 10-tastings food tour of Istanbul. Not only did he take us to very local places (including a place where Anthony Bourdain visited), he gave us an incredible overview about Istanbul and its history delivered in a very enthusiastic, exuberant way. Emre is passionate about Istanbul, it’s food scene and history. He is incredibly personable, warm, informative and smart. His dedication shows in everything he does. He took photographs of us, and at the end on the last stop, planned out an itinerary of things to do for our last day. He sent me restaurants and places to visit via What’s App complete with location links. He even recommended his favorite restaurant In Istanbul overlooking the water. We made a reservation there and had an incredible dinner there the night after our food tour. Emre really seems to care that his clients have a great experience in Istanbul. He even texted me the last night of our stay (day after the food tour) to make sure we had a chance to visit the places he recommended and to see how our day had gone. I couldn’t recommend him more! If you have a chance to take this tour with Emre, you won’t be disappointed!

Ahmed provided us with one of the best food tasting tours we have done on our travels. His communication with us before the tour was excellent and this followed through to the evening of food tasting. He is relaxed and insightful and tailors the tastings to your preferences. It is a great introduction to your time in Istanbul. He also made recommendations for places to eat during our stay and provided interesting cultural background to places we passed on the tasting tour.

My husband and I went on a food tour with Emre and I can't say enough good things about it. We ate so many different foods that were delicious and he also gave us a wealth of information about the area (Cihangir). We were stuffed by the end, but it was well worth it. If you love food, choose Emre!
