Deep cleanse your body and mind during a 2-hour traditional Turkish bath experience at Istanbul The Ayasofya Hurrem Sultan Hamami, was designed and built by Mimar Sinan, the chief Ottoman architect. It was built at the request of Hurrem Sultan (Roxelana), the wife of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent in the 16th century. As authentic as cultural experiences get, a Turkish bath experience remains much the same now as it was during the Ottoman era. Relax on a marble slab in a steamy bath chamber, have a vigorous and exfoliating scrub to strip away dead skin cells, and then relax in a cooler room. Hotel pickup from hotels on the European side of Istanbul are also included. Scrub and foam massage services are around 45 minutes to 1 hour. You can relax at hamam and use hot waters at remaining time.

I booked two days in advance and did not hear from them until I tried to call them over 10 times on the day of the tour. The 24/7 number they have listed did not answer and finally was able to get a hold of a person around 9 am who told me she would call me back on whatapp to confirm my hotel pickup. She called back letting me know it was too late to arrange for the pickup and the hamam and they had to cancel. Very disappointing.

I literally had the worse experience, not even near luxury and what they tell you here in description. Considering it’s very expensive, they telling you aprox 3h experience... that’s why I choose that compered with others on this website that are mentioning 45min/1h and are 4 times cheaper. I thought will actually have a 2/3h experience in total. Well, it wasn’t like that... I got there and they said we have included a treatment of 45 min, that s all. I insisted that must be a mistake, that I pay way too much money and I was told it s 3h. Been waiting around 1h because they couldn’t contact the agency to clear the situation, in the end they came with an answer.... that s all the agency booked for us. A treatment that there at the hammam was worth €50 per person. I called them too and the lady was very rude to me and even hang out the phone, she said here on the description it’s saying experience is 3h aprox which doesn’t mean the treatment, means literally u can sit there and drink tea for 2h after your 45min treatment ends, nonsense. Who would want to pay nearly €300 to stay there and drink tea. It was a gift for my mom that just got cured of cancer, I wanted to be special... well it wasn’t. All I got was just bad memories and very angry because someone lied and played with my money. I really won t recommend. P. S people from the spa were really nice and welcome
