Overview

Pamukkale's tour will begin with the ancient city of Hierapolis. Hierapolis is one of the most important settlements during the Hellenistic and Roman periods. The theater which has been recently restored is worth seeing. The other place which is going to be visited during the Pamukkale tour is Pamukkale namely “Cotton Castle”. With its spectacular formations of travertine, Pamukkale is welcoming you into a world of wonders. The natural hot spring pool is going to be one of the most precious moments of your Pamukkale tour.

After passing a day full of history and a little relaxation in the spring pool during your Pamukkale tour we wish you a pleasant stay and rest. Depending on group gusto, we have the chance to visit Jewelry, Leather, Carpet, or Ceramic centers.

Erman was an incredible tourist guide. Lovely, patient, easy going and kind. He spoke excellent Spanish and English. All the time he was telling us about the importance of the historical places we visited during the tour, with and impressive management of the Greek mitology and the geography of the territory. I strongly recommend him for others travelers.

We asked for a Spanish speaking guide. Our guide had no business trying to communicate in Spanish. I learned/understood nothing from him. It’s telling when you lose the attention from all 7 people in your group and they all decide to just read the signs instead. Also, he basically just told us were things were in Pamukkale. “Pools are here, theatre is over there, that’s a free museum…”. We basically overpaid for the transport and lunch, which were good though. The tour itself is probably worthwhile with a proper guide.

The best part of our trip to Pamukkale was our guide Erman. Erman was very relaxed and had a great easy going attitude. We enjoyed the antique pool and the silica hills. To be honest the trip was not as good as Ephesus trip, it is also a bit of a hike. However, I highly recommend the company and the guides. A+++
