After waiting 20 minutes at the meeting location, we were told to get on a bus that was leaving, so we waited for it to come back. The driver did not wait for passengers to get on the bus and pulled off while one foot was on the bus and one on the curb. Then the bus was leaking from the roof panel getting us soaked before it broke down twice. We were picked up by another bus and brought to a different location to split into groups. There we waited another hour before getting on another bus and finally starting the tour. Our guide was quite good, but the rest was a hassle.
