Hello, We paid too much for the ride! We paid four times the price that it worth! We booked Observation wagon but finally, the compagny wrote to us to inform that it was not possible anymore. We asked a refund but we just received 8$ refund when we paid really much!!! We had seats separated, not together. We didn’t have the possibility to book a seat fir children. We considerated our child of 8 years old as un infant, so she had’nt seat! We had to book another ticket at the railway station, for her, the day of the Departure. We paid a really cheap price compare at our tickets! It’s a scam! Don’t book online with them!
We booked first class tickets, but got unreserved second class. Very crowded and no seating available
We had heard you cannot buy first class tickets within 32 days of travel for the trip so went with this option as we were travelling that week. Yohan contacted us immediately to check what tickets we required - dates and times etc and then delivered our tickets to our hotel in advance of arrival. Tickets as ordered and we have reserved seats in first class on right hand of train which is perfect location for Kandy to Ella trip. Yes we will have paid more for the tickets but so worth it to ensure we got tickets and didn’t have to worry when we arrived in Ella.
Enjoyed an amazing train ride in Sri Lanka. Very beautiful nature and sceneries. Train ride was arranged by Yohan which was an amazing journey. And we enjoyed ella rock sunrise trekking and udawalawe nation park safari with Yohan. Very helpful and great service . Highly recommend !
Amazing scenic train ride from Kandy to Ella. I booked second class tickets and Mr. Yohan offered me first class tickets for same price as second class tickes were fully booked. Amazing train ride on mountain tops ! Yohan is very helpful and provided free assistance about the country and places to visit.
