they had played our hotel pick up 1 hour to eary vs the next stop. on the 14 hour trip with a total travel time of 7 hours without breaks we had only 3 hours in Pamukkale. so we had braks and sales stop fore 4 hours with noone did know anything about. the guide was more or ells not aple to speak english that u can understand beacuse she didnt know how to speak in a microphone talked all to fast. then she also speaked russian and told 3 times as mush then she did in english. it was when she told anything at all...... told 20-30 times that peolpe needed to be ready to go home or we will leave them but when call on that she didnt want to leave anyway and almost got aggressive when we asked when we was going to leave. the guide didnt want to give her name out so we can complaint our her "work" tries hard to sell more at Pamukkale like pool territory and didnt inform how lille time we will have a the place. dont take the trip if u cant plan to stay overnight so you have a full day in what i belive is a lovely place whtat we didnt have time to see.

We've picked the English version of the tour and straight away we were told the tour is in Russian only. Also, in the description it specified the lunch and breakfast are all inclusive. However, that was not the case for breakfast. The tour guides were not welcoming and it's not an experience I'd recommend to anyone.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z biura Metin Tour. Od samego początku bardzo dobry kontakt, transport punktualny, wycieczka w komfortowych warunkach. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani na wycieczce.
