Overview

We will introduce you to a variety of authentic Keralite dishes that you can cook for yourself along with me in a Hands-on fun cooking workshop. We will explain the cooking methods, techniques, secrets, and tips to you. After the cooking, while we all set to enjoy the 3-course meal, we will also brief you about the places here, stories from the history and make you acquainted with Kerala's rich culture & traditions. We will teach you a few simple local phrases related to food. What are you waiting for? Come join us, cook & learn together and have fun! What Can You Expect?

You will be visiting the cook at her humble home in Alappuzha, Kerala, India where the cooking workshop is conducted and you can enjoy your 3-course meal at the same place

    It was an amazing experience! Honestly felt like we were visiting family here in India. They were amazing hosts & very educational. We learnt new ways and new techniques that embrace the culture. It was a nice glimpse into Indian cuisine & getting to know the real authentic Indian family traditions :)

    This was one of the best cooking classes I have been to. Great kitchen - home style and hands on, Rejula takes you through all the steps and guides you as you go. She always asks and makes sure you understand the process with explanations into spices and techniques. I made Kerala parotas, appam, dal fry with tadka....welcome drinks good fun with the host. Highly recommend!

    This was an excellent experience, learnt how to cook some truly fine dishes from the beautiful area of Kerala. These are life lessons and our tutor was patient and really informative, we learnt so much in the process. This experience is highly recommended.
