This morning, you will be picked up from your Cochin hotel and driven to Kumarakom. (about 90 minutes). The village is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake. Here, you can experience the Kerala backwaters and waterways, with the rich culture and active lifestyle of the region. After checking into your hotel enjoy an afternoon of leisure.

You may want to experience an Ayurvedic therapeutic massage, which incorporates yoga, meditation and herbal oils, or maybe enjoy a fishing expedition.
