Getting to the Museum from Krakow takes about an hour and 20 minutes. The visit takes place in groups up to 30 people. After a short break before entering the museum, the visit in Auschwitz I takes about two hours and after a second 15-minute break, another hour in Auschwitz II-Birkenau.

Pickup is offered from a wide list of hotels/apartments/hostels in Krakow. If you have not found your hotel on this list - come to the main meeting point (located in the city center) or consult with us about the possibility of taking you from another convenient place after booking. If You are group more than 4 persons - we will come to you even if Your Hotel is out side of our pick-up area range, in Krakow.

Customers will receive a message with the exact departure time until 7 pm on the day before the activity. We kindly ask that guests wait outside, in front of the entrance 5 minutes before departure. The driver will wait no longer than 15 minutes after the specified departure time.

Regardless of whether you have chosen the pick-up option or the main meeting point, you will be dropped off at the end of the tour to the center of Krakow at 2 Wielopole Street.
