I booked K.L. Airport arrival & departure ROUND-TRIP Transfers for Jan. 9th Jan. 2020 Return 11th Jan. 2020. I was greeted on time at the K.L. airport. I phoned the company "Malaysian Tours by Riyas" on Friday 10th Jan.2020 I was told that my pickup would be at 9am & confirmed the hotel address, I was phoned back to change the time to 9.30am on Sat. 11th Jan. I confirmed my mobile phone number. On the 11th I was waiting outside the hotel at 9.20am I waited until 9.40 then phoned +601163867805 no answer, I asked the hotel reception to phone, which they did twice, no answer.She suggested I order a taxi for 90 Ringett. this taxi was ordered at 9.55am. I received a phone call from the company gentleman at 10.15am saying he had missed my call at 9.40am. I asked him to organise a refund for my return trip to the airport, I'm still waiting for this refund.
