This company did not reply to a message that I sent them via La Vacanza Travel and did not pick up when they were called ( all calls went straight to voicemail). I communicated this to La Vacanza Travel well in advance of our pick up time and asked them to ensure that our transfer arrived in time. This made no difference; the taxi didn't turn up and we had to get our hotel to book us a different taxi at short notice so that we didn't miss our flight. I communicated what was happening live to La Vacanza Travel and despite this they have not refunded the money that I have paid to them for a service that never appeared. Don't waste your time and money - give this company a wide bearth. They should not be listed on La Vacanza Travel.
