The tour guide named Sasi can sometimes come across as a little patronizing. I remember when he told me that I should have given them my WhatsApp just like everybody else. He spoke to me as if I were a little kid, telling me what I should have done. Usually, when I go on tours, the tour agency contacts me prior to the tour and asks if I have WhatsApp for better communication. I provided them with my phone number and email, so they could have asked for my WhatsApp as well. Sasi has a tendency to use words or phrases that can be intimidating at times. He comes across as stern and is likely to be critical when someone makes a mistake. This made me feel uncomfortable during certain parts of the trip. On the positive side, Sasi is very knowledgeable about what he's talking about. He relates his experiences and background with the history and traditions of Malaysia. He is also flexible in meeting the needs of tourists, such as giving advice on where to get off the bus depending on their next destination. I learned a lot from this trip.

One of the best half day trip and our Guide Mr.Raj is very pleasing and happy to give full information about Batu caves about KL and Malaysia. His knowledge is good and the trip is like 3.5 hours and all the information provided about trip is fulfilled by this tour guys.

The guide is nice and informative. We have a big coach even though there are only 4 participants, and we have a leisure trip.
