This tour was a disaster. I've tried getting our money back and I have been put off. This tour was a more expensive private tour and we at the very least expected to have a guide that was knowledgable of where the tour was suppose to take us. our guide picked us up from the hotel on time and from there it when downhill. He started taking us to different sights that he thought we might like. He would basically drop us off and say come back in about 20 -30 mins. He would smoke under the tree. After 2 1/2 hours of a what was suppose to be a 8 plus hour tour, he dropped us off at the Twin towers with no tickets. I showed him more than once what was suppose to be included in the tour. Tickets to the towers and a museum were included in the price. He said just tell them at the Twin Tower desk you have tickets from a tour. The ticket desk almost laughed at us. Ultimately, we ended up buying more tickets to the towers. We didn't get to see the museum at all. The tour ended in 2 1/2 hours. I don't like writing reviews, but nobody is helping me get a refund. Don't take this tour. It was a pathetic example of a tour

Ganesh was very informative and gave information throughout the tour. There was plenty of time given at each site. English was very understandable, best of all the tours I had in Southeast Asia. Very willing to answer any questions. Thourly enjoyed my day.

Mr Nantha met us promptly at 9 a.m. He covered all major sites and we gained lots of local knowledge from him. We were even fortunate enough to see the Changing of the Guard and the arrival of the Prime Minister at the King’s Palace. If you are short on time this tour is ideal. Highly recommended.
