• Our reservation is on a 'FIRST COME FIRST SERVED' basis. Booking will be confirmed
• NO refund will be made for any part of the services included in the package that was not utilized by guest after commencement of tour
• Excluding Royal Belum Camera Fee=RM 20/camera and Bank Service Charge (if applicable).
• iTours & Travels reserves the right to change the pricing of the packages without any prior notice.
• For your information, we will close anually for Chinese New Year and re-open on 3rd day of Chinese New Year.
• There will be a Chinese New Year surcharge USD 25 per person on the first whole week after Chinese New Year
• Minimum 6 travelers is required to operate this tour, we have the right to cancel if travelers is not enough
• A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 7 travelers

You can also join our tour from Kuala Lumpur meeting point namely Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTic): 109, Jalan Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
An additional surcharge for hotel pickup outside 5km radius from the city center is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.
