Had a short time (8am to 330 pm) on a Saturday to visit KL. La Vacanza Travel should ask for which cruise ship we are arriving on and times, and then communicate to the driver in advance. Not all of us have email, text or Whatsapp access at the port which makes driver contact difficult.
