The driver took our picture in front of the building- he was very knowledgeable and walked us to the entry pointe as well. We enjoyed the service and the information.

Pickup never came so had to book own taxi and were late. Very stressful and didn't enjoy experience. La Vacanza Travel only gave a small amount refund to cover their cost of pick up. No additional compensation. Disappointed.
