Everything was excellent, start to finish. After booking we were contacted via WhatsApp with confirmation and pick up time. Our driver Putu Adi was early and messaged to let us know he had arrived at our hotel. We were asked if we wanted to stick firmly to the pre planned itinerary, but we were open to checking out other spots based on Putus recommendations, and based on the weather. We got all of our pre planned spots plus had time to check out a few extras. My wife and I were very happy with everything and highly recommend

We luv Bali and visit Ubud regularly. This is our 3rd time engaging Online Bali Drivers & Tours for a 2-day drive/tour to some of the scenic sights at Penglipuran Village, Tibumana Waterfalls, Kintamani, Ulun Danu Beratan and Jatiluwih with brief stop at Silverware accessories and Coffee factory outlet. I must say that we had a fantastic time with the companion of Mr Wayang, our driver on the 1st day trip and Mr Toni thereafter on our 2nd day.. We were absolutely delighted with both Mr Wayang and Mr Toni's diligence, driving skill and dedicated spirits on their job; they were excellent ! The views were so nice and great for pictures. We learned many interesting things about culture, volcanoes, and temple! Rika, our tour guide, made us feel comfortable and welcomed. He shared with us many fun stories and helped us take pretty pictures. Very fun and friendly! We enjoyed the trip greatly, visited all the places we wanted to see.

This was the first of three trips taken by my nephew and myself whilst in Bali. Our driver, Toni, was excellent, with a wide range of knowledge and took excellent care of my nephew and myself. Our first port of call, the Volcano view, was a complete washout due to the weather. Toni then took us to the rice terrace were, thankfully, the weather was much better. We also visited a village in which they made some very beautiful gold and silver jewellery, a Luwak coffee plantation, where we sampled ma number of excellent teas and coffees, though my nephew wasn't too keen on the ginger tea. The Temple and traditional Balinese dancing made the whole tour a great and varied experience. A great day, despite not getting to see the volcano.

We had a wonderful day on the Bali kintimani and volcano tour. We were greeted by our driver Darma who took us firstly to see the dancers and singers show. It was so beautiful, funny and a passionate show of culture and spirituality. We really enjoyed it. Then we went to the elephant temple which was so pretty with all the fauna. Then we went to see the volcano which was amazing and then to the coffee plantation and learnt the process of making the world famous luwak coffee. Our driver Darma always took great care of us and by the end of our tour we felt more like we were with family. He really took the time to help us understand the culture in bali which we were very interested in and took great care in his service and was very respectful and caring. Thankyou once again online bali driver and to Darma for a great experience. We will definitely use your service again and ask for Darma.
