Gusti was our driver and was very punctual, great communication, very happy to share stories about Bali and recommend things to do and see. We had a great day. We felt free to do many activities if we liked to at the water sport place, it was no worries as Gusti was happy to wait. Then off to Pertiwi Adventure in Ubud. ATV ride was so fun, my husband and I had a blast! The course we took would be great for anyone who has been on ATV before and looking for a thrilling and exciting track! Also the food was great at Pertiwi and they have full toilet and shower facilities which was nice. Gusti got us home in great time and did not mind stopping for us so we could go into a bakery on the way home. Terima kasih! 😊

Our driver to and from the location was excellent. The Staff at Blue Dolphin were excellent and very helpful. Safety was very good with life jackets provided and harnesses for the parasailing in great condition.however the state of the water ( not the blue dolphins fault) was terrible loads of rubbish everywhere, including floating dead animals!!! At one point a load of bottles got caught in the propeller of the boat towing the banana boat, causing it to stop. Once again none of the issues were caused by the staff. The harbour really needs to be cleaned up big time!!!

Such a horrible experience with complete rip off. Only good thing was Parasailing. Hub where you change for water sports is disgusting and dirty, bathrooms and change rooms are just very bad. Lunch included was half cooked noodles and dry chicken and tofu. Did so many Bali tours and they were all so good and restaurants they took us to were beautiful, this one was just very bad.
