Driver took us to the sites with his contact and charged us way more than the fair price. The trip ended at 6:30pm, which is 2 hours before our booked session (8:30am - 8:30pm), and after the driver was left we realized our phone was left on the car. We kept calling his number and he keeps ignoring or hanging up. We finally reached him and he refused to send it back, although it was only 7:30, we had to pay our hotel staff to help pick it up from the driver's home. Tried contacting the Bali Cab and there was no response at all.

We use BaliCab for 3 days. Highly recommended Mr. Made. He was always on time, very good driver, with sense of humor:) Car clean and nice with air condition. For sure we will come back!

Komang Putrajana picked us up from the airport and made the process so easy, Denpasar airport is typically crowded but Komang contacted me prior to landing on where he would be to avoid the crowds, with my name on the sign. We decided to go on a day tour with Komang who is a great, friendly guy with plenty of experience - we mentioned some places we wanted to see and he planned everything out and took us to some beautiful places! He was always early and knew how to get everywhere easily. Komang also drove us back to the airport at the end of our trip and we are so thankful that we had such a great and valuable experience in Bali with him. Definitely recommend him to everyone and will be calling him next time I’m in Bali :)
