The boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida was half hour late (Ray Fish) The boat from Nusa Penida to Sanur left half hour early without taking us (Never book with Ray Fish or Victory Cruise Miles) they dont actually own the boats anymore and are at the mercy of bigger boat company such as Semabu or Maruti or Idola. Had we reserved close to flight times from Bali, we would have been stranded on Bali island. That is another lesson. Never book close to flight times these boats, keep enough margin of time between the boat arrival and flight times.

The boat transfer prices are not fixed. Bargained every place in Bali. 250K for a round trip is real.

Our boat left 30 minutes late. There were 2 other companies that were scheduled at the same time and they left on time. Not sure of the reason.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service on our Nusa Penida to Bali trip. Unexpected changes in departure time resulted in financial losses and major inconvenience. Their lack of timely communication and responsiveness only added to the frustration. Think twice before booking with them.
